Get on a heart-thumping\, energy-pumping 30 person tandem Big Bike!\n\n\n\nWhat is the Big Bike? It's a 30 person tandem bicycle\; where teams of 18-29 fundraise to a pledge - and then come out on specific event days to ride through their communities together\, to physically show their support. Big Bike comes with a HSF certified driver who steers and brakes the bike through city routes that are pre-approved by the cities and townships in which our events take place. Your team name or business name will be on the front of the Big Bike while you bike through town for all to see! It's a community favorite\, so you will experience a lot of waving and car horn honking along the route from your neighbors and clients as you go!\n\n \n\nBig Bike Event Days: Each day sees an audience of 300+ participants daily (at specific ride times)\, 15-20 community volunteers\, RCMP escorts and 6 Fraser Region staff. Teams gather for check in\, fun warm up games\, the ride (15-20 minutes)\, refreshments\, prizing and Team Spirit Awards!\n\nThe event is only 1 hour per team\; so it's ideal for team-building!\n\n \n\nHow do we register and get started? First you would pick a ride date/ city/ (there is often more than one day at a specific site)/ then you would pick a ride time for your team/ Assign a Captain to govern the team/Pick your team name/ Organize your TEAM SPIRIT (a theme or company shirts) and we are ready to go!- Once your team details are worked out\, we will register you online and then your team will fundraise to a pledge determined by your Captain.
