The Ridge Meadows Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to welcome Kaylesha Penner, Owner and Marketing Strategist at Markayting Creative, to our Board of Directors.

Based right here in Maple Ridge, Kaylesha brings more than a decade of experience helping businesses tell their stories, strengthen their brands, and achieve marketing success. Before founding her agency in 2020, she led marketing campaigns and developed brand identities for well-known companies such as Meridian Meats & Seafood and Meridian Farm Market, and later served as Marketing Director at Bentall Kennedy and QuadReal Property Group.

Through Markayting Creative, Kaylesha and her team offer a full suite of services including branding, website design, content creation, digital marketing, and strategy—supporting everyone from global brands to local, family-owned shops. She also founded Markayting School, which provides workshops and online courses designed to empower entrepreneurs to take control of their own marketing.

A proud Maple Ridge resident and mom of two, Kaylesha is deeply rooted in the community. She volunteers as a youth soccer coach with Ridge Meadows Soccer Club and is an enthusiastic hockey mom.

As a Director on the Chamber board, Kaylesha hopes to bring her marketing expertise and community spirit to the table—supporting local businesses and championing a vibrant, connected business community across Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.
