Encino Law provides BC's small businesses and women entrepreneurs with strategic legal services, specializing in clear contracts and forward-thinking legal strategy for business growth. We offer flat-fee and relationship-based legal services for entrepreneurs who want year-round strategy, not last-minute stress. We provide virtual legal services to entrepreneurs across Metro Vancouver and British Columbia.

Encino Law is founded by Mariela "Mari" Gutierrez. Mari uses her corporate training to support women entrepreneurs and small business owners. We also offer workshops and education to help business owners build confidence in the legal side of their business.
